2. Deletion through the Platform

2.1 A User may delete their Account at any time, without stating a reason, by taking the following steps in the Platform:

2.2 Deletion takes effect immediately upon confirmation. The User is signed out of the Platform on all devices, and the deletion cannot be reversed. A User who wishes to use the Platform again must submit a new Application.

3. Pending Matters

3.1 In accordance with clause 11.1 of the Terms of Service, when an Influencer deletes their Account:

3.2 A Business may not delete its Account while it has a Request that is pending or in process. Such a Request must first be completed or closed with XPORA, so that the Influencers who have booked it are not affected.

4. Deletion upon Request

4.1 A User who is unable to access the Platform, or who no longer has the application installed, may request the deletion of their Account by e-mail to support@xporanetwork.com, sent from the e-mail address registered to the Account, bearing the subject "Account Deletion Request", and stating:

4.2 A person who has submitted an Application that has not resulted in an Account may, in the same manner, request the deletion of their Application and of the Personal Data contained in it.

4.3 XPORA may ask the person submitting a request to verify their identity, including by contacting them on the telephone number registered to the Account, before acting on the request. XPORA shall not act on a request whose sender's identity cannot be verified.

4.4 Clause 3 applies equally to deletion upon request. Where a Business has a Request that is pending or in process, XPORA shall inform the Business of what must be settled before the Account can be deleted.

4.5 XPORA shall process the request within forty-eight (48) hours of receiving it, or any shorter period prescribed by the PDPL, and shall notify the User by e-mail once the deletion has been completed.

5. Data Deleted

5.1 Upon deletion, the Personal Data associated with the Account is deleted, including:

6.2 Such data is retained for no longer than the applicable law requires, being five (5) years from the date on which the Account is deleted, is accessible only to authorised XPORA personnel, and is not used for any purpose other than that for which it is retained.

6.3 Deletion of an Account does not remove the Content that an Influencer has published on Instagram or TikTok, which is subject to the policies of the operators of those services and to clause 9.3 of the Terms of Service.

7. Deletion of Specific Data

7.1 A User who wishes to have specific Personal Data corrected or erased without deleting their Account may submit a request in accordance with clause 10 of the Privacy Policy.
